Here in Chicago, there are plenty of areas where you can find quality tenants in what I would call a star bucks neighborhood.

They are often based on a combination of unleveraged internal rates of return and discounts to replacement cost due to the scarcity of debt.Where cap rates are used, they have seen significant movement off the 2021 lows, with 5-star properties seeing yields expand by 175-200 basis points.

I also cannot imagine companies with hundreds of units getting better than 4.9 out of a 5 star rating. 

Round up 3 million of them to send them back and they will just make the trek again.

With this awareness, you understand that you will also never be on Dancing with the Stars but perhaps you can find a beat and venue that leads to real competency and proficiency.

The next guests will almost certainly be upset that the hot tub is out of service for their stay and are likely to injure my near perfect streak of 5 star ratings which will injure search rankings and possible lose me bookings.
