Peculiarly enough, the fact that my wife is Russian with Ukrainian roots and that we recently decided to become involved in refugee resettlement has also thrown open doors for us I wouldn't have expected -- Pittsburgh has its problems, but it also has a a long, proud history as a city that welcomes those fleeing wars and oppression.

Have a giant embassy, like maybe the Russian or Chinese embassy and they may have one person that helps coordinate.   

Russian hackers are seizing the accounts of the largest financials institutions (ncluding banks, title, escrow, insurance, govt. accounts, etc.) and holding them for ransom.

It's like playing Russian Roulette, 5 time out of 6 it may work the problem is there is no way of knowing if the live round is in the first chamber or the last.

I have much better things to do than loose money in a crappy game of Russian roulette. 

It was on the border of a Russian area, and Chinese area, the prior owners being Russian has heavy Russian clientele, not many Chinese.

I ate the best pizza in South Africa, I got mugged in Cuba and then got my money back when I mugged my mugger, I got lost in the Sahara desert, I used the toilet in Ghandi’s child hood home, I met a girl in the Czech Republic and then another one in Thailand and then Spain, I ate amazing beef in Argentina, I partied with Russians in Moscow’s until sunrise, played soccer in Ghana and Turkey and Brazil, I saw the most amazing sunrise in Vietnam, I had Guinness in Ireland which taste better than anywhere in the world, I met my wife in Ecuador, I met incredible people everywhere and so on and so on and so on.

But for people living out of state to try to buy them and then put all their eggs in the PM basket in that particular market well that's just playing Russian roulette in my mind... you may do well but you also may loose it all and that I know is a fact.
