We had to redo all the plumbing, add a ton of electrical, fix lots of drywall, convert one room from a large recreation room to a bedroom, bathroom, closet, and laundry room, completely redo another bathroom, replace windows and exterior doors, add a kitchen where there wasn't one, paint entire house and flooring. 

I want to open up a kitchen, gut two bathrooms, get rid of a 35” x 35” closets, and open up the basement (where I have a couple of walls, floating ceiling and carpeted flooring).Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I went in the other day with an officer, and didn’t touch anything, but it appeared to be just clothes in the bottoms of the closets and all over the laundry room, a crib, a dog cage, and bags of trash.

Or you rent your cousins closet on AirBnB without telling him and he comes home an unexpected guest. 

They don't take shoes off, leave lights on, open closet doors, etc.

Hey guys, I have some tenants who have been giving me problems since they moved in, and just recently have notified me that the ac (located above the master closet ) is leaking into the closet ceiling.

The attic is already converted into 2 more bedrooms making this a true 5 bedroom, they just need 2 closets added to be listed as such.

Hi Mindy,Double closet rods are helpful, and so are hooks on the interior side of all doors.

The block is mostly houses from the 1950's and listed as 0 bedrooms (no closets?)
