@John Mitchell hi John, I have a fourplex in the Peninsula, a couple of Airbnbs in the Valley and a few commercial properties elsewhere in NS.Prices seem high right now, vacancy low, and inventory scarce, so in my opinion combining a house-hack with a short-term rental component would be a great way to get into the market, gain equity & experience.

@Mary Mitchell it's staged quite well, a lot of people commented on it.If I understand correctly in order for a listing to appear new you have to pull it for at least 60 days.

A title company/real estate litigator could review all the documentation and determine that the statute of limitation has run and no lawsuit can be legally filed by the previous Owner against the current Owner.I also agree with Mary Mitchell.
