I'm wondering if anyone has worked with JWB Real Estate Capital in Jacksonville, FL. 

I know Wells might treat that differently than say Everbank (who I think is based in Jacksonville).

I started an LLC in Jacksonville Florida buying and selling land that is making money, but I dont know how to pay myself.

Also any suggestion for a local contractor in Jacksonville , Austin , Phoenix ?

I have a property in Jacksonville, NC that suppose to close this week.

I'm looking in areas such as Columbus, OH, Cleveland, OH (suburbs and is where I'm from), Nashville, Jacksonville, Tampa, Indianapolis area, and maybe parts of Michigan but not sure where yet.
