I would suggest the partnership have intervals of every three years to revisit the exit strategy.

From my personal experience, I would dedicate a semi-annual (or other REGULAR intervals) to revisit these goals.

Because of this system - it's not constantly connected to wifi, it just "touches base" once an hour (or at intervals you set) - battery life is pretty solid, and I'll get alerts if batteries get low/I can monitor battery level from the app.Things I don't love about it: the online interface feels old-fashioned and is somewhat unintuitive.

I prefer to use 90-day intervals for quick turns when in hot markets because DOM is compressed.
