Because of this system - it's not constantly connected to wifi, it just "touches base" once an hour (or at intervals you set) - battery life is pretty solid, and I'll get alerts if batteries get low/I can monitor battery level from the app.Things I don't love about it: the online interface feels old-fashioned and is somewhat unintuitive.

Another assumption that is flawed is that there is an assumption that cash received is immediately reinvested at the same rate, I don't think any small investor breaks out income at irregular intervals and applies different rates to the stream of income.

You can then read the software instructions (37 pages long but worth it) and you will know how you can use QGIS to display the Census data in various, useful ways.For example, if you wanted to know which neighborhoods were, in 2016, above average in median income or were, in 2016, more owner occupied than renter occupied you could see it on the map in equal interval categories (100-75%, 75-50%, etc.) or custom categories (0-50%, 50-60%, etc).I'm not sure this is what you're looking for because all the posts so far haven't mentioned Census data.

I prefer to use 90-day intervals for quick turns when in hot markets because DOM is compressed.
