If you are responsive as a landlord and not greedy with the rent, you should have no turnover or vacancy.

Reject the greedy, the unethical, the self-centered and the selfish and especially those who lie and cheat.Believe me, having money does not mean happiness or success, it's only a means to pull up along side of it, to cross over to it takes many other life experiences!

I have a feeling it's to the point where if you tell him you want to finance on your own that he's going to think you are greedy and in it for yourself and hate you.

People calling him greedy, saying he should be in jail, saying he should just give the houses back to the ones who lost them...

Since about the end of 2011, and well into the first quarter of 2012, trustee sales are being overrun with greedy bidders representing hedge funds and foreign buyers.

Don't try to be greedy and go for a higher listing price in hope of finding someone who will pay a premium.

Then there's the huge amount of the money that goes towards those programs that actually is sucked up by administration, and meeting the demands of the greedy unions that want to line their pockets and have no thought or care as to how it affects working class Americans!

Sounds like you are dealing with a greedy banker that would provide a loan for an investment property and also want to have it secured with your residence.
