If you want to hit the projected numbers or even outdo them, your property must stand out in location, view, management, and especially design.

I dont think the communication clause would stand up its to hard to prove.

Hey @April Birdsong, You can use the Ring or a stand alone camera.I don't use a Ring but I have a stand alone, solar powered camera pointing at the main entrance.

You don’t want small condos that are easily carbon-copy for example as you have no way to stand out from competition and it becomes a race to the bottom.

Your offer will stand above most, if not all.

That is groundwork to getting the property geared up for making the most. 

But it has tangible value because it has something -- like a government -- standing behind it.

It took a little while, but when it popped up on the MLS I was well-prepared to submit an offer and even in a multi-offer scenario I was able to make my offer stand out (happy to go into how we did that if that'd be helpful)

Adapt itInsurance-  make sure your property and liability insurance provider is geared towards your business and not just the same one you use for personal.
