After treatment, should I still have that concern?!

My hope is that developers invest with ethics in mind because they are driving people to local governments that are not ready to sustain them. 

I am not referring to a mill either, simply 1-on-1, 45 minute treatments.

Like all other professions in the world, cleaners exhange time, work ethic, and knowledge for money.

Although the property purchasers did not speak English they had a tremendous work ethic and I did about 6 of these loans with great success.

Ethically, if the property has been occupied or lived in by anyone, it should be disclosed and listed as previously owned.
