Excessive talking is usually an attempt to prevent getting challenged on anything.Better Business Bureau is making money off accreditation.. but I would still take a look at the complaints.

When you start clouding people's title and taking people to court you open the door for people to file lawsuits against you, file Cease and desist orders against you, report you to the better business bureau etc, etc.

I have been using easy rental tools, which I really like, but it does't have this upload capability.I only have a handful of properties, so the more enterprise ones are much more than I need.

Just like all of the communist and socialist, government owned enterprises found around the world, Bank of America is no different.

The town isn't that big so there's basically no information from the better business bureau on any of them.

As long as I'm able to pay for my first full round of marketing within the next 30 days, then I'll have considered the whole enterprise to be a rousing success.

The Rs are all for capitalizing off every aspect of life, government has a role to play IMO, what private enterprise can't supply socially and economically, schooling is one of those issues.
