Despite producing monthly brokerage reports showing my trades (plain as daylight), other members remained fearful to try what I was doing.For the longest time, I could not understand why - in the face of overwhelming evidence - people remained "stuck" in their own paradigm and unwilling to embrace opportunity while at the same time claiming they wanted to make money.  

So embrace what I call the 'J curve.'  

As the natural turnover occurred, we were better prepared to seek out and embrace new tenants to fill the vacancies.

Both of them have embraced the creation of this new technology and encouraged its development.

So many other countries embrace modular / component construction, as it's more precise, energy efficient, etc.

I was quite slow to embrace social media.

Normally we would only engage our in-house network and sell our properties that way, however it's time to embrace the future and social media to reach a bigger audience. ( I also have a few years of experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on new-media strategies, meaning I do have a bias towards social media as I've seen it transform the way marketeers reach their audience and have direct effect on the bottom line). 

Kudos to you for embracing the learning curve.
