But having second thoughts , since Elon Musk is contemplating in building a Spaceport nearby. 

I don't know specifics about solar anything but I would support any venture Elon Musk was part of.

Far be it from me to give an innovator and genius like Elon Musk business advice, but we're talking about Tesla in terms of the post I was originally responding to.

@Elon Matias since you plan on living at the property have you thought about investing in a Multi family unit.

At any rate he was going to have a meeting with Elon Musk as they both are rocket scientists to explain.As far as power outs I have no idea other than thinking what happens to google and amazon stock as well. 

Elon Musk could have listened to all the nay-sayers, and we wouldn't have Tesla, Space-X, PayPal...If you want to do it, then do it.
