Keep in mind too that when a downturn hits, it comes in waves.

I go through all of the questions & quickly toss the responses to each of them in one mass email for all to see as to avoid a continuous never ending wave of follow up responses.

I notice that I can feel down/discouraged for a day or two, and if I just ride it like a wave, I suddenly get new inspiration or an idea to try. 

its happens we just got two new construction homes that were finished hit.. they took stoves and micro waves and ruined the brand new hard wood floors.. it was turned over to our insurance.

Don’t know if you recently graduating college but some banks will wave the 2 year Work history if you just graduated.
