Which is probably why some swear that some environmental factor is giving them trouble when others have no issue.The gold standard for mold testing is called the ERMI and can be ordered from mycometrics.This might be a can of worms you don’t want to open and would agree with most of the posters and let them out of the lease.

I also think that using an abundance of caution could potentially discourage someone who is looking around for a good candidate to sue.Another big factor is probably the size of your operation/ investments.

Like you said, it's working for someone so I'll be curious to hear some others input.My thoughts exactly - the $800 / m is not net as you have to figure in the dues - which can be a major hastle .One other factor is if 50% is rented  and / or more than 10% controlled by 1 entity - owner then this project will not qualify for FHA/VA financing which is key in condo market.
