With that particular property I was able to pick it up with all utilities sub metered(which is awesome btw).

The only other thing that we factored in is water which we have meters for both of our properties and are capped at about $1600 for roughly the next 7 years.From only looking at the pictures, I like the look and design of property B.  

Heat and hot water included (no individual meters).

I am waiting on the electrical inspector to get the meter installed so I can have some electricity.
