Tax deductions / write-offs should be a second concern.There are some rules that you need to follow to treat a short-term rental as 'active'(non passive) income which would allow you to offset it against other forms of income such as rental income / wages.

Those effected go well beyond the property owners, the economic contribution of RE and subsequent economic loss in the form of: management, maintenance, landscaping, caretaking, hospitality, tourism, contracting, designing, pools and gardening is economically catastrophic and will reverberate well beyond specific zip codes.

There's no need for me to keep asking for a response because their lack of responsiveness hurts them and rewards me.You aren't going to like every tenant, and should count your blessings that two of them are really good. 

None were a match for me personally and many were not a strategy I wanted or too speculative (such as opportunistic strategy which is the riskiest strategy or investing in tertiary markets which also tend to be the first to go belly up when there is trouble etc).You probably actually want to look at your operating agreement to see what rights you have to books and records, etc. 

I bout one in 2019 and it has turned into a gem for me, but at the time, it would not have been 1.25
