Ask them to pay the prorated insurance and taxes you pay (if you pay  it), maybe the interest part of your loan payment  at least for that 90 day time period. 

Most targets right now are Dollar stores, Auto stores, banks, medical (Davita & Fresnuis), pharmacy, corporate national QSR,etc.What is out are gyms, mom and pop tenants QSR, small franchisees QSR, vape shops, mattress stores, vitamin stores, etc.

I do not use any payment software as I didn’t see the need for one rental.For background I used smartmove through bigger pockets.Lease agreement the county property is in has a standard one and I wrote a rules and regulations addendum to it for things like who mows lawn, who to contact in an emergency, no smoking, vaping....

I am concerned about the tenant and appraiser communicating/agreeing on a day/time and the tenant not wanting a person in their home with covid.

Here is my current situation & I’m sure I’m not alone-My daytime business travels to child care sites & provides ‘hands-on’ physical education programming.

Fad diets and crash courses are not effective in the same way raising money for your new project with a 90-day timer isn't effective.
