I'm looking at listing it on the MLS and putting a sign out front when I have it fixed up this weekend (great timing with Christmas), but I was wondering if there are other websites or advertising that other people have had success with?

I'd say get them on by Christmas, because many people will have time off to do some home shopping, at least on the web.

I have a grandson who has come and worked with me several different times on learning how to buy and rehab foreclosures, and this Christmas vacation came and learned quite a bit on selecting properties and construction of homes.

You can also look at the history and see that the index consistently follows a pattern based on holidays with Christmas being the low every year.

It went under contract Christmas Eve.
