I do know that in China, land is very pricey and that many Chinese have been buying land in Korea and Jeju do (an island off the coast of Korea).Would overseas investors that weren't expats or fluent speakers use BP?

As someone living in Korea and keeping up with the news, I know that China is having problems and since China is Korea's biggest trade partner, that affects the Korean economy.I was listening to an analyst talk recently about the Chinese economy and how there's more capital flight as the Government cracks down on 'anti-corruption laws' and has jailed a few prominent investors.

Funny thing happened around 2003-- by 2006 i was selling- real estate price appreciation was abnormal- Banks started lending money to anyone including non citizens no doc loans- Lower income people moved in my neighborhood in droves- the local mortgage office had a tinted black front window - i am seeing a new strange visitor-- the newly minted chinese millionaire that has illegally sent his money to the usa--- they are bidding with bags of money and overpaying for the real estate--- this is another disgrace of this country not following its own laws.- Pay particular attention to california and ny
