Hey everyone, 26 y/o from British Columbia, Canada in the okanagan area.Never thought much about my finances until recently and just came across bigger pockets around a month ago after discovering the idea of financial independence in general (probably began with youtube recommendations) and by listening to a few other podcasts while at work as an aluminum boat builder/welder to pass the time.

Maybe you should join the local business council there to glean more insight.I have friends that watch as people open up their first shop and then they come in 6 months later for a Subway and buy for 50% of build out cost for a discount.
