Sewer can especially be a unique challenge because you either need gravity back toward the house or you need an injection pump to grind up the sewage and shoot it down a higher pressure line.Also, where are you going to park if you convert the garage?

They're fun and the cash injections can be very addicting. 

Depending on how many investors that can be a mess to deal with to get to a decision of selling, refinancing, injecting more capital into a property after ownership,  etc.You have to understand there are many people that should be on your team that do different functions.

you need other partners but certainly doable.I just bought 24 units with $50,000 of my money injected, raised the rest from people I met on BP! 

Looking to inject some cash with a few flips.The wife and I house hacked for a great return, but the home was from a family member and was purchased well under market value.

@Marty Summers why not just hire a water proofing company/person to inject any cracks and stop your water issues? 

The only money I injected was $100 deposit. it's under contract and I'm wholesaling it.

I have partnered with friends and family to inject more capital into the deal.

The players won't inject money into the local economy as they make peanuts, fans won't come out in droves to see it, and there won't be an economic windfall from bringing the team in.

Remove the capital injecting actions at play currently, things will get interesting real quick if there is still considerable uncertainty as to the future of things in peoples mind, as thats when people think to save.
