Apps that do more aren’t necessarily better, however.

If I were you I would just delete that Robinhood app, go with something more traditional like a Schwab account and just buy some high dividend yield ETF's plus a few aristocrat dividend stocks you like and leave them alone/ manage them slightly occasionally.

So we need to compare apples to apples.  

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

To do that however, you need to give them a list of what you are looking to accomplish (assuming you do not yet have any type of plan) and here is why...the scope of work will greatly vary the pricing and you will not be able to have an apples to apples comparison. 

If it did, I would go on linkedin and see what experience they had (for example that apple... company in TX had asset managers who were overseas VA's  - curious how many of those investors knew that and could have spotted a thirty second search would have created a red flag).5.

I have a smart thermostat, so I will reset the temp on the app after a guest leaves, and check my smart lock app to make sure the door is locked (I have found guests forgot to lock it a few times).
