I am in the process of refinancing for 100k to purchase a second property.

Good Morning,I am a former Claims Specialist with the Social Security Administration and currently unemployed homeowner who is looking for guidance on how to gain property management experience here in the Central Coast of California.My wife is the only one working at the moment, so times are tough to say the least.We're looking to rent out a portion of our home in order to save up enough money to purchase our second home (or multi-family unit), rent that out, and begin to expand our portfolio. 

It might take me 15 seconds more per transaction to do it this way, but it’s what has worked for me.

The law would be Section 3121(b)(3)(A) which is no more helpful than the publication:...service performed by a child under the age of 18 in the employ of his father or mother...Great.

Hi @Michael ElliottWe have financed about 15 STRs in Encore for a client and I have another friend buying the second largest unit and the largest lot there.

Those students just closed that deal btw and they are also working on closing their second.

Secondly, a would like to produce a good stream of cash flow to help me scale (as I'm assuming most are looking for).
