That would be a $20,000 bill when road work is done, not to mention 10 properties of inconvenienced tenants.I always plan conservatively and would need a sizable war chest and a very detailed plan of action to tackle something of this scale although I would love to do In the future.If you do want to get into a neighborhood such as this with just a couple properties this would be less risky as you can diversify your propertues in other locations.

I'm getting pretty interested in real estate- I'm definitely new at it, but I'm a smart guy, a solid worker and I'm ready to learn and tackle this.

Unfortunately no one will be holding your hand and you will need to tackle this yourself and take your own initiative.

I am not sure how to tackle it: Would you allow "stranger contractors" to get into your house (By giving them the lockbox code)? 

Glad you brought this up.I tackle this by having a long list of due diligence items I review before I pull the trigger on an acquisition.

Trying to cyber tackle me will not benefit you in any way or make others think you are special. 

Just some friendly advice from someone who's country tackled this already and was once 3rd in outbreak cases (only behind Hubei and China).
