@Art Maydan Most likely roof rafters are not suitable for turning this into a finished space.  2x4 or 2x6 wont work.  

There has been some compression but not nearly as much as expected.One strategy to develop a return greater than the market cap is to develop properties that are suitable for coach houses / laneway houses.

I think Big Bear might be more suitable for this kind of idea, but frankly the ski terrain there is so uninspiring (and I love the eastern Sierra much more).

Give proper notice, Give a " if you are able to relocate sooner we would be happy to prorate any rent and will give you a additional $$ move out allowance along with your full security deposit if unit is left in clean and suitable condition. 

So a condo would be more suitable for a Airbnb, than a actual house?
