There’s one that I regularly attend hosted by @Alina Trigub She brings great speakers to the events and the topics are on point.

Only $200 and loaded with great speakers. 

We bring in national speakers from across the country, and we also have lots of LOCAL experts who are doing all different types of real estate investing deals.  

But the most despicable thing I saw was when the negotiating son quite a dead beat speaker overall,  told us that he offered a foreclosure seller LESS $ than his original 1st offer to get them into a rental.

The only thing I would be able to sell at the moment is a $100 speaker as well as a 50 inch TV, that’s all I have to my name, so I’d rather keep these things and maybe sell them in the near future when I have 10-15k saved up. 25k a year; that seems insane, but definitely not impossible.

I won’t have room for a home theater, so I’m going to put a nice big flat screen in the living room with a sound bar or speaker system and then add a nice comfy sectional.

You'd have to hear the alert and call the cops or yell at them through a 2 way speaker system.

I was just relaying what I listened to on a high level webinar who had an East Coast economist as the guest speaker its his thought process not mine
