It seems to me that providers that are sincerely interested in providing value, should do some serious screening of possible attendees.

@Tony Pellettieri it is commendable how sincerely you want to help your agent friend.I'd keep it simple. 

You need to know them inside and out first so you can verify they are handling the legalities in a correct manner because ultimately you are responsible for following the laws.Lastly, how willing are they to talk to you and how genuine and sincere do you feel when you ask them questions and receive answers.

Some other residents have told me they've paid monthly winter bills up to $500 per month.I sincerely believe that I could add $200 per month in rent with this in mind covering my loan for the panels and at the same time still collect the SREC's as long as they last.

Is anyone looking at mid-term rentals to travel nurses or corporate professionals since rents are higher than long term rents?
