You don't need those guys in your hair.  

Nobody just gives away an alleged 9 or 10 cap...there's going to be some hair on that deal that you're not seeing.  

Ran into a problem today that had me tearing my hair out for hours.

Basically affirmed my thoughts on the margins being to tight to get a profit.

I learned alot from talking to the agents, who are pulling their hair out in this market, but I guess they are also making lots of money.

It's going to be a heck of a lot better than taking a hair cut to the tune of +/- 30% of your 401k's value!
