I started a thread about replacing the bathroom tiles and then someone else started one about their cultured marble installation (unfortunately I was not able to find that thread again.I was quoted $1800 by a company here in Orlando to do the cultured marble (in a shower--no tub).

The only real difficulty in my experience is the first time you build them because of instructions take longer amount of time, however the second time you will notice a huge reduction in time used to build them.I also screw all the cabinets together and the plywood down to increase strength.I also find them stronger and reasonably priced to the Chinese manufactured cabinets that i used in flips.

I am a Realtor myself, the problem with being an agent is getting into that agent culture, thinking about listing and selling real estate as a servant (helping others), driving customers around, escorting them through houses, writing conventional contracts of sale, and forgetting about making offers on real estate for yourself.
