If you have a new pest inspection company in town and all the business is thrown to another company on a regular basis and no mention is made of the new company, in reality they are omitted from the opportunity to conduct business such conduct may be an actionable cause in civil court.

CA, in total continues to lose 100k's of population and continues to add onerous legislation, including the state rent cap they passed a few years ago (doesn't apply to sfr's though).I am not sure why anyone would want to jump in the deep shark infested waters right before feeding time, unless you have a clear proven strategy, or a very long time horizon.

I still like to call my brother out (structural pest inspector) and have him do an inspection as well prior to actually signing a contract to buy....I don't crawl under the houses when I'm out viewing....And I know my market pretty well also and what houses are worth in different neighborhoods.......and what neighborhoods that NOTHING will even sell right now unless it's in full rehab shape and still WELL under what the comps are saying.
