@Winnie Rim While each store will have it's own incentives and discounts, the savings are negligible in the grand scheme.

I dont think it has to do with blue/red/yellow colour or politics.

The tri-color scheme as opposed to the typical two color was more expensive, but differentiates the property from other rehabs in the same market.  

Many landlords have been burned by variations of this scheme.
