Meaning if 5 people want one house they all just bid the fixed price and then one is randomly chosen as the winner???

I have chosen the route of hiring good individuals on the inside and outside with a vision of a better bottom line when I get more properties, which I am confident will happen.

Despite that, an investment in the stock market (chosen at least halfway intelligently) seems like the better bet.  

Especially by those who prefer, don't have the time, don't really care, or are have chosen to not be really actively in their retirement planning.

We continue to work full time in our chosen career fields (higher education) and plan to slowly grow our supplemental income through rental properties.  

Marijuana is still illegal on the Federal level and even though the current administration has chosen to to utilize resources to fight the legalization of MJ, it's still federally illegal and could change with the next administration or the next or the next... until federally legalized. 

Will a buyer get upset because there offer isn't chosen?

Notice even the words chosen: "LOTS of opportunity for improvement" suggests possibilities and generates anticipation.

I'm trying to get an objective point of view on why people have chosen their specific religion.

I doubt if The Chosen One believes that bombing Iran furthers his goal of global socialism, so I doubt he'll have courage to do the right thing.
