It depends on the tourist trade and tourists and their disposable income and how they spend it, and the economy as it relates to people having travel money, and their fear of traveling nowadays - as well as the availability and cost of local employees. 

There is a huge internet Buzz these days about OPM(other people's money).

The most popular book for mobile home investing is Deals on Wheels by Lonnie Scruggs; however, I think the book is pretty hard to find nowadays...
