(Not saying I agree with UBI but it’s clear some of y’all have some pretty high and mighty attitudes about yourselves and aren’t taking a good look at the opportunities that allowed you to be where you are).

I get that it probably earns you a lot of views, but this sort of super confrontational attitude is doing us no favors in the long run.  

They are well-informed about critical factors that affect your specific market areas, such as changes in market conditions, market forecasts, consumer attitudes, best locations, timing, and interest rates.We can help you succeed by minimizing risk and maximizing profitability.

Account Closed  its really amazing when you do well for investors don't take the attitude that the investor should make a little while us promotors make the lion share ,, how much money you can raise.this is one of the HUGE mistakes and disconnects I see on BP all these newbies looking for that 8 to 10% private investor..

coming with an adversarial attitude rather than engaging.To the point:it's not what you say, but the general vibe.

If you can stomach his brash and boisterous attitude, he preaches in his books that owning your primary residence is a “trap” and that money is better put to use in buying investment properties and renting where you physically live.

His presentations, attitude, and overall approach to teaching are creating classrooms around the world where previously there were none.

Really all depends on the person, their attitude and mindset.
