But they could certainly say that the lack of rental records then fails to demonstrate your intent and nullify the exchange - not because you didn't have rental records per se but because you didn't demonstrate your "intent" to hold the property for investment.That's why I always prefer to avoid questions rather than be able to answer them!  

I carry more coverage than any homeowner would.The umbrella isn't tied to the house per se.
