I also have a alarm system that announces whenever a door has been opened, which you can hear from upstairs.

@Mike Garland I'm a believer in the east side, I think it has tons of potential, but be weary of the announced projects.  

With the recent sputtering of the U.S. economy and fears of deflation re-emerging, I can almost guarantee that the Fed will announce another round of balance sheet expansion or re-investment of maturing securities into longer term bonds at their next meeting.

Especially since here in San Antonio the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission's building bonanza wrapped up and many of the city's 2010 jobs announcements are bearing fruit.

@Mark Ainley we considered your $50 bucks idea, but didn't end up doing that because 1) we weren't sure if that was legal in Chicago (you need 60 days to announce an increase and 30 days to tell them to vacate, and we were at about day -40) and secondly because we had not communicated to them "if you don't tell us before we show it, the price may increase".
