Although ALOT of information, and drinking from the FireHose - Pace's Zooms, Content, Community is a game changer for myself and my family.

Take a few minutes once in a while and Youtube or Google parts of the world where you would not have the same freedom, you may not have internet, you may not even have clean drinking water.

As for things that I'm aware of three are two active live meetups in the dsm area.Friday morning coffee at smokey row on cottage grove (downtown) 7-830amThird Thursday of every month there is an evening meetup at the Station on Ingersoll.And of course, I'd be happy to grab coffee/lunch/drinks and talk Real Estate investing!

We are busy with a bunch of real estate transactions (fix/flip, buy/hold, BRRRR's) with crazy homeowner/rehab stories that we would love to share over coffee or drinks.  

We grab drinks monthly and talk almost weekly.

A lot of people living there that were clearly under the influence of drugs and alcohol and a lot of homelessness  still plagues the city. 

We rent bikes and surfboards at our beach locations and sell cold drinks in our fridges.

Save the money you were going to spend on that 2-day class and buy Joe a drink of his choice instead.

The grass will drink, green and grow in exact proportion to the watering, similar to average consumer today storing none of that water just living for the moment.
