I have to agree with them that it is harder to make a big career change when you are responsible for a big mortgage and have several mouths to feed.Now the good news - though not a crystal ball by any stretch of the imagination, many millennials have shared that they expect to purchase in their mid to late 30s.  

My analysis can be as detailed and crystal clear as you wish.

I looked at Crystal River this week on Zillow and it looks like every house is For Sale or in Foreclosure...do you have to use a Wholesaler for that?

Some think they can afford it and can't, some are looking for a screaming deal and expect a palace.

It's a given someone will block someone, and you'll be dealing with policing the parking situation on a regular basis, says my crystal ball.If you can afford to create more off-street parking, you'll have less tenant issues, and the units will be easier to rent.
