(Either deceased or an un-sellable property - think about a 2" (yes, inch) parcel abutting 20 or so lots that I found in an El Dorado county sale list once many years ago totaling more than an acre.)You definitely don't need to buy anything unless you don't want to do it yourself.

I am having such A hard time to find a reliable contractor someone I feel I can trust in Bayonne NJ.I just bought a 2 Unit building that I am trying to add a 3rd Unit in the basement it is raw,  The city requires 7 feet so the job will include digging down 6 Inches and I will have to split up the Utility's heat and electric... 

If so, I would suggest 1/4-1/2 inch subfloors as a sound barrier and to strengthen the flooring.

The crawl spaces there tend to be 12 inches - sometimes less.

actually when u buy a property there is an assignment of lease document that u sign at closing wg inch teenagers the leases into your name.
