I am definitely green when it comes to the private lending sector.

I would prefer a fixed rate type loan, however I suppose these loan vehicles are more commonly use in the commercial sector? 

On top of that, there is no guarantee that foreign investors and sovereign funds are going to continue to fund our public sector spending.
