A bit distasteful, but part of the business.My tenant already has a move-out plan, I anticipate it won't be messy (crossing fingers), and I just don't want him there a day longer than I need to.

And just today i received a email this a.m, that said i needed to go on the ramp website an print out the ACH form, and fill it out,sign (in writting) an upload it onto my acct.So i just uploaded it...fingers crossed i hear something soon. my status still says..application approved 

However, any handyman is using a circular saw, router, and grinder, which can take a finger off in a hot second.  

This is just a philosophy question and some things that I think of, not pointing fingers or trying to be accusatory, or maybe I am.

You should not be so quick to point a finger and get angry every time your rental unit has a problem. 

It makes things easier, if it is going well, but also more likely to cut your finger off (using table saw versus hand saw analogy here) if you are not careful.If it is purely used to consume more, then it is bad.  

I am sure they get a small commission from that and the host didn't have to lift a finger, it was all done through the car rental agency. 

I will keep my fingers crossed.

Be thankful you only lost a finger or two and not your whole hand.
