Hi all,I live in the bay area and I was wondering if I was able to put a tiny house in my backyard.  

This results in the situation we have today in Denver - a situation where a very tiny fraction of available housing is in the form of condos - a small percentage compared to other similar markets.

In a scenario like that if you had 300k duplex and it was a 3/2 - 3/2 renting out for 1700 per month leaving me with $150pm to cover vs a 200k tiny duplex 2/1 -2/1 renting for 900 leaving me with $400pm to cover at the end of the day it will depend on which one leaves less of the mortgage for me to cover on the other side right?

However in my normal friend, family and colleague circle of a few hundred people that I interact with somewhat regularly, I can count on 1 hand the number of people who I know have a rental, who all have a tiny house/ADU setup on their primary residence. 

The house is tiny--only 600 sq. feet.

I was hoping to spur some [more] conversation about syndication on tiny house community development.

Situation: I'm getting ready to list a tiny house as a short term rental, which is on my property (basically using it as a "house hack" and I need to get this up and running to help with our mortgage on 25 acre property).

DE/MD border 15 acre farm, nice area close to the beaches and Freeman Stage, currently zoned as two parcels with 2 nice rentable houses on each plus a barn, public utilities, Sussex County allows under 800 ft structures so I believe it would be an easy expansion adding a small tiny home community, wooded, pls feel free to text me 484-725-8034, thx, Jim
