You want to get a lender that does these loans all the time, and they will help you streamline the process.

Does the LLC make things harder or easier as far as loans, insurance, and just overall streamlining the whole operation?

I'm doing my best to get some investors here in our office (I'm at the Woodlands location) for me to pitch our company and explain our streamline process so I can build a pool of investors to work closely with. 

I actually used a 203K (non- streamline) on the house I'm living in now.

Are there Apps/Tools on the market you effectively utilize to streamline the lead process?

Hey y’all, I am analyzing multi family properties getting my reps in, as properties come through the funnel I use data.census.gov to find economic drivers for target the property but it’s very tedious, I was wondering what others have used to stream line the process or make finding the data more convenient ?

Hi everyone - in case it helps, I just wanted to give you a heads up that UWM, the biggest wholesale lender, is offering a 61bp incentive for conventional, FHA streamline & VA IRRRLs for W2 borrowers only from now through March 8th in anticipation of its upcoming IPO.  

They most likely will give you a reduction on fees and the process will be much more streamlined.
