I wanted to see if anyone uses an internet based prescreening method where the renter would have to E-sign their electronic signature after the questionaire is fully answered that  you submit to them via email from your ad. 

It will also serve to keep her on her toes, since she will not be lulled into thinking her housing is secure for another year.2.

New to the business, I did not want to stub my toe on "Fair Housing Regs" and thus probably accepted tenants that I should have screened more carefully.

Taxes are a sore spot for me, not that we have to pay them, just the way we pay them and how too many people don't think about any of it as much as I think they ought to!!!

It's truly an eye sore!

We had to replace the carpet, flea bombs (so the old carpet can be removed) then exterminator followed by head to toe scrub before new carpet is laid.
