I recently permitted a home in a resort town that will be panel built and shipped on a flat bed truck to the job site and be "dried in" in less than 2 weeks.I would not see any difference in appreciation for "panel built" homes over stick frame.jeffrey gordon

They shipped it at no cost, which shocked me, but hey, I'll take it.My opinion is spending a few hundred bucks for quality is worth it for great customer service when you need a part that is not universal and can't be found at Lowes, Ace or HD.

Obviously you should avoid ever buying in your personal name to begin with but sometimes that ship has already sailed or can't be avoided so yes you then move quickly to get it out of your personal name as quickly as possible.Never do a quitclaim always a warranty deed (affects title insurance policy you bought originally).
