Direct mail has to be repetitive over time and I spent my budget on a "golden letters" campaign (on the advise from some dinosaur at my market center whose "mastermind" classes I will never attend again), didn't have budget or writer's cramp resistance to keep up with that over time. 

I resisted the temptation to try to make a deal out of something that just might not be there.

I have been encountering a lot of resistance form listing agents who barely even entertain the thought of receiving one of my submissions because of "investors" putting in very high offers.

The better quality of luxury vinyl tile and luxury vinyl plank is extremely durable, scratch and wear resistant.

Determining that may help others show you the path of least resistance.

Sorry if this sounds negative, but please resist the temptation to talk yourself into a questionable deal. 

I see so many comments that tile showers are better than shower inserts.For ease of installation as well as cleaning and mold/mildew resistance, I like a shower insert better.

Knowing that it could happen is enough and I choose to spend my time building a portfolio that has some degree of resistance to rather than predicting when a contraction will occur and what may cause it.  

But, when you get into large ticket items, the receiver becomes much more aware of sales tactics and they become resistant even defensive throwing up their guard.
