Consistent and persistent thoughtful and intelligent actions replicated on a daily basis is harder to implement as it requires a total shift in thinking and being.I did not have 2 pennies to my name and often was on food stamps and would pawn what jewelry I had over and over again just to eat.

Persistence + brains!!!

I started with a handful of management deals in my spare bedroom and grew by sheer will and persistence.

If you keep at it one day you achieve what you want as long as you are obsessive and persistent. 

Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

These same groups are targeted by buy and hold investors, fix and flip investors, and real estate agents, as well as wholesalers, and a wide variety of people with no idea what their doing or how to close a deal but who just completed a weekend training seminar and are as high on excitement as they are lacking in knowledge.What it takes to enter the wholesaling business and make it profitable enough so that you aren’t working for less than fast food wages, is, besides knowledge, salesmanship, persistence, etc …MONEY.

However now that you "know" they have a violent past, in my not-a-lawyer opinion, you have a problem in that if anything happens with the other tenants you could be held liable for knowingly allowing a danger to persist in your building.So at this point unfortunately, you have to act.

Time, patience, and persistence wins.
