I have had three tenants paint without permission.

Someone living in your property without permission or payment is still causing you damages, even though other laws may temporarily protect that someone.

Often times these documents say that the lot lines stay the same but you are giving permission for there house to be partially on your property. 

PHYSICAL CHECK = If you have permission you should physically check the property prior to the sale or have a professional inspector.

Until you close, it is the builders property so you will need their permission to market/show the property.

In general, I will only 'low ball' after being given permission to do so. 

Respect private property: If you want to put up signs on private property, make sure you obtain permission from the owner first.

It's not impossible, but it's also not very cheap, convenient, or ideal.If you ask, you could receive written permission to do so.
