As we grow, I want to outsource as much as I can and think this is a fantastic and inexpensive way to do so.Looking forward to hearing everyone's responses!

Can you also out source that to a Virtual Assistant ?

In my area, electrical inspections typically get outsourced to third party inspectors that specialize in electrical inspections. 

It's easy to own STR's from afar, by outsourcing your property management.

I am looking to jump into the vacation condo rental market in the Myrtle Beach area (or anywhere that has a large rental market with plenty of golf courses and ocean front properties).My goal is to create a working formula where I can buy, renovate, hold, and rent a vacation condo with minimum physical work by me (outsource everything, from property management to renovation).

Should I try and manage the first unit for a while to get in-depth knowledge on the process or try and outsource it right away?

I have it for my company and use if more often for non business related things.As for email - consider outsourcing that too.

Outsourced subcontracting to a number of younger family members who are not license to do construction work in our area.

Account Closed I recommend you make it a full 50/50 and outsource the rehab so you are not actually doing the work yourself.
