Is there anyone in the southeast valley of the Phoenix area generous enough to mentor a protege in real estate investing?  

Soon thereafter, though, we would like to grow rapidly and acquire apartments and commercial property, both here in California and out of state.While we feel sufficiently prepared to make our first investment, we are still soaking up the knowledge generously provided by this community and through local REI clubs.

Being a student and not needing a full time job allows me time and energy to actively learn from a generous mentorship.

I've found that the more experienced investors are happy to help and everyone on BP are generous with their advice. 

I'm so grateful for this community, all the generous shares and inspiration.

If I'm following Yasmine and Ricardo on this post correctly then 10% of the cost of rehab is a generous payment for managing a rehab?

It becomes more of a friendly gesture but is never an expected thing. 

So first off I want to say Thank You for being so generous and helpful, it's much less daunting as a newbie to have substantial resources available.I would love to gain some insight from you all in regards to a potential job change.
